Reaching Bartlett And Beyond For Christ

Hello to all,

I hope this email finds you and your family well. I wanted to reach out about the summer baseball season at Buckhead.

We will open registration back up today at Sign ups will close on June 12th and there will be NO late registration as we will be on a short timeline. ALL registrations must be done online, payment will not be accepted at the church or Buckhead.  For the summer league practices will begin the week of June 22nd and games will begin the week of July 6th. This will be a 4-week season with 1 week allowed for rainouts. . We will not be taking team registrations for this league, all athletes will need to sign up through Quickscores through Faith. The fee to play is $75 per athlete and will include a jersey, hat, 8 games (please note if rainouts continue past the one week, there might be fewer than 8 games), and end of season award. You will however be able to request coaches still and we can work on getting your team together if you indicate it in the comments of your sign up. We will have the following leagues available and you will have two games scheduled a week. Exact nights TBD.

T- Ball (4-5)
Coach Pitch (6-8)
Machine Pitch Boys (9-11)
Machine Pitch Girls (9-11)
Girls Softball (12-14)
Boys Kids Pitch (12-14)
Youth Coed (15-18)

*Please note, if we do not have enough athletes for a particular age bracket, we will not play that league and will refund your money.* We hope to have all leagues available!!

We need coaches as well! Please sign up at if you are willing to coach

Also, if you have an exception request, please fill out the following link.

We will be following health department guidelines and we will have those out to you as soon as we have them completed with updated information. Please note that this season may look a little different on how we are at the ballfields, but we will keep it as normal as we possibly can!

We will be playing this season in honor of all the front line employees and patients dealing with COVID-19. As part of this we will have “Home Runs for Heroes” and each time there is a home run we will have the ball signed by all the kids and then give it to a worker or patient dealing with COVID-19. We hope this will help bring a smile to their faces and also let them know that we are praying and rooting for them!

We are so incredibly excited to get out to Buckhead and play some ball this summer and hope to see you all out there! Please let me know if you have any questions!
